About Me

I am a fully qualified integrative therapist, dedicated to providing a compassionate and professional space for those seeking support. My approach is centred around creating a warm, non-judgemental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their emotions and challenges.

With a background in both the corporate world and education, I have always been drawn to understanding people and helping them navigate life’s complexities. My experience has taught me the value of listening deeply, offering genuine support, and adapting my approach to each person’s unique needs. I believe in working collaboratively with clients, helping them develop self-awareness, resilience, and the confidence to move forward in ways that feel right for them.

Alongside my private practice, I also work at a local counselling charity offering low-cost counselling to adults, children and young people.

I offer both face-to-face sessions in Sunninghill and online counselling, ensuring accessible support tailored to individual preferences and circumstances.

Get in Touch

Thank you for reaching out. Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, and I appreciate you considering me as part of your journey. If you have any questions or would like to arrange a session, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We can arrange to talk over the phone for 20 or so minutes to see how counselling can help you. This is free of charge and helps you decide if counselling is right for you and if I am the right counsellor for you.

No therapy takes place in this call, we just talk over what’s bothering you. If during our call we agree to work together, we can arrange an appointment either face to face or online via Zoom – whatever is more convenient for you.

I aim to answer all enquiries within 24 hours and all contact is strictly confidential.

I look forward to hearing from you and supporting you on your journey.
