Helping you navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
Perhaps life’s challenges feel too heavy to carry alone, and you need a space where you can be heard without judgement. Whatever you're facing, you don’t have to go through it on your own.
Hello, my name is Jane. I’m here to support you if life is feeling difficult. Sometimes we all struggle with life’s ups and downs and need someone to talk to who will really listen without judgement. I offer a warm, supportive space to help you understand yourself better and feel more empowered to make changes if needed. I will be right by your side.
As a fully qualified integrative therapist, I tailor my approach to suit your needs, offering professional, confidential, and compassionate support. I provide face-to-face sessions in my private practice in Sunninghill, as well as online and telephone counselling for those who prefer remote support.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, facing relationship challenges, or struggling with anxiety and self-esteem, I can help you gain clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of control over your life.
Counselling is a collaborative process where we work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and supportive space.
It’s not about giving advice but about helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the challenges you’re facing. Through this process, you can gain greater self-awareness, new perspectives, and a stronger sense of confidence in making decisions that feel right for you.
By working together, we can uncover patterns that may be holding you back, explore ways to navigate difficult emotions, and help you build strategies to move forward in a way that aligns with your values and needs. Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional support, or the confidence to make a change, counselling can help you feel more in control of your life.
Everyone’s struggles are different, and counselling can support you through a wide range of challenges, including:
I also have experience working with young people (13+), including those with an autism or ADHD diagnosis, offering creative approaches like games and art to help them open up in a way that feels comfortable.

I work from a private and comfortable practice just off the High Street in Sunninghill that provides a welcoming space for face-to-face counselling.
It is easily accessible from Ascot, Bracknell, Windsor, Camberley, Wokingham, and Egham, as well as the surrounding areas. There is free parking available in the car park next door for those travelling by car.
Therapy sessions for individuals lasts 50 minutes, usually taking place on a weekly basis. Sessions cost £60.
Some clients choose to only have a few sessions, some prefer sessions for the longer term. The choice is always yours. Together we can decide what is right for you.
I accept payment by bank transfer, to be made in advance of each session.
Cancellation Policy: If, for any reason, you need to cancel an appointment, I require 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged for any sessions missed.
Thank you for reaching out. Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, and I appreciate you considering me as part of your journey. If you have any questions or would like to arrange a session, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
We can arrange to talk over the phone for 20 or so minutes to see how counselling can help you. This is free of charge and helps you decide if counselling is right for you and if I am the right counsellor for you.
No therapy takes place in this call, we just talk over what’s bothering you. If during our call we agree to work together, we can arrange an appointment either face to face or online via Zoom – whatever is more convenient for you.
I aim to answer all enquiries within 24 hours and all contact is strictly confidential.
I look forward to hearing from you and supporting you on your journey.
